as we had hoped it would be, the highest quality and completed in a reasonable
time. When our friends and relatives come and tour our new home I show them

Not only did you build us a home of the highest quality but
also the process of building with you was pleasurable. Your attention to detail

Since this is the third house I have built, I have learned
that the gauge of how well the project was executed is how you feel about the
General Contractor at the end of the project. In my past experience, I have
felt that the other General Contractors patched together anything they could
(if they even finished the details) just so they could be done and move on. Of
course this creates a lot of tension and hard feelings at the end of the
project. In your case I never doubted that you were fully engaged and I knew
you would not consider the project complete until every detail was perfect. Not
only did you conduct your business in a professional manner, we consider you a
friend at the end of the project.

RH Custom Homes and Rolf did an excellent job of bringing our
remodeling thoughts and ideas to fruition. The attention to detail and
perfection is apparent every step of the way and no short cuts are taken, in
fact several times the job was briefly lengthened to address an imperfection in
the house from the original builder (i.e. water wicking causing water and
rotting to reach inside the outer siding). RH Custom Homes is truly interested
in making the customer happy with their home, not just the remodel area. In
many ways our remodel portion of the house are of a far superior quality to the
original portions, but they coexist seamlessly.
RH Custom Homes went
out of their way to minimize the inconveniences of remodeling a kitchen by
setting up and routing temporary sink or washer/dryer, for instance. We
absolutely love the finished product and have already recommended RH Custom
Homes to friends for their dream projects and will use them again if the need
arises!
